A society does not need another brochure. It needs a person who will sit through the meeting, a surveyor’s habit with area, and a file that still makes sense three years later when the slab is late. A survey before a slogan
Plot area, property card, conveyance, old OC plan, and a physical boundary checked against the city survey plan come before anyone debates a higher FSI.
After the OC, still a job
Post-construction in the method includes the defect-liability period, joint measurement, and a calm repossession. Handover is a measurement, not a function.
